There’s not much to it. Tie an uninflated balloon along the top supports of the flip flop.
My granddaughter, Faith, did a 10 second video on how to do this...
She embellished her Aero flip flops with balloons also in a little different way... she just put some here and there...she single knotted but they can also be double knotted.
Aren’t these cute?
We had lots of fun with this..

Cute, and a super simple craft activity for kids, but at the same time for younger kids, one that gives them a change to practice their knot tying (without ending up with things tied together with string all over the house, as you always seem to when you have a child of just that age. LOL!).
