Pink Chocolate Bark Candy and Strawberry Ice Cream

Making chocolate bark candy is easy. Oh, and FUN!

I love everything pink right now. And sweet. For Valentine's Day.

I used one package of dark pink candy melts and one package of cream colored candy melts and one container of candy heart embellishments.

I melted a package of cream colored chocolate melts in the microwave (slowly and in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between) and did the same with pink chocolate melts and poured first the pink melts and then the cream colored melts onto a cookie sheet. I swirled them around a little with a wooden spoon and  before they hardened I added some candy hearts embellishments.
I let them harden in the fridge and then took them out and cracked them up. I love cracking up the bark!

The result? Easy, pretty, and Valentiney (probably not a word). :)

Then I served THIS for dessert.

See the love birds in the background? (One has a broken tail but you'd never know - don't look too closely).

Best wishes for a great week. Go ahead and make something PINK....
