Summer is coming and it's time for some

cool and summery salads.

Tumbleweed Contessa made a Chinese chicken salad that looks amazing. My kids love Chinese food so this is perfect!!

Sumptuous Spoonfuls also made blue chicken avocado salad that looks out of this world and healthy also.

Happiest Mom on the Blog made a Raspberry Jalapeno Vinaigrette.

My Turn for Us made a Skinny Taco Salad.

Life Unexpected made a Feta, Lime and Bacon Salad. Nice.

Pret-a-Vivre mad a very, very nice salad - Orange, walnut, Gorgonzola, and mixed greens with fresh citrus vinaigrette.

Katie Kate's Kitchen made Jerk Chicken Salads. Oh, my, this looks great!

Phyzoecal has a raspberry lemonade spinach leaf salad.
