Yellow Tulip Door Decor
Aren't these bright and cheerful for Spring?
We're still under 3 feet of snow here in Connecticut so it's really a welcome sight to see YELLOW anything. Usually we have daffodils or hyacinths peeking through the soil at this time (if there's no snow) and those first peekings up of Spring are so heartening.... like, YES, Spring is really, really on it's way soon.
I'm loving the bright yellow blooms so much. I have them on my front door now and it makes such a difference to see YELLOW. Enjoy.
This basket was a brown color but I wanted something more Spring-like so I painted it white - with a brush since it's too cold here in Connecticut right now to spray paint anything outside. I love spray painting anything but it has to be outside ...
Then I had to take some more pictures of just the yellow tulips - I think I'm going to buy myself some fresh tulips this week. They are so fresh and wonderful!
Then I had to fool around with the picture a little in PicMonkey. I posterized this picture.
Then I enlarged one area of the picture for some more fun - all in PicMonkey.
Happy (almost) Spring, everyone!!!

Beautiful Linda! How welcoming your front door is! I don't think you can get more Spring-y than that! Love it! You did a great job on painting your basket! I know how difficult they can sometimes be! Nice Spring welcome!
