Once I was taking care of a baby crow for a local nature center. It was great fun. He started talking but when he was ready to fly I let him fly outside during the day and he would come in at night. He used to hide blueberries around the backs of the patio chairs outside. My daughter took him to a local pet show and won a prize. (of course every pet won a prize. The prettiest, The blackest, the cutest, the cuddliest, etc. :) Anyway, at Hank's a few weeks ago, I painted this crow. It didn't come out as great as I wanted and Hank said I have to use better reference material if I want better results. Anyway, then I have this little wall quilt I made about crows also. I'll post that tomorrow.
