Autumn Heart Twig Wreath

Leafy Twig Wreath – I decided to take a break from my obsession with fabric pumpkins and redo my little heart twig wreath for Fall.
Here is the twig wreath for Spring and Summer. I really liked it a lot. I had these seed packet stickers glued on there so I ripped them off (okay, I didn’t rip them off but I gently pulled them off).
This wreath is in my header right now, too.

I loved it but decided I needed to do something Fallish with it.
I hadn’t thought of doing anything with fake Fall leaves until I saw Alderberry Hill’s post on an Autumn leaf tree. I fell in love with that leafy tree which is why I went right out and bought some fake Autumn leaves at Michael’s Craft Store. They were on sale for 50% off so I bought 2 bunches of them and have had one heck of a good time hot gluing them all over the place (all of which you will get to see right here on this blog. :) ha ha
The leaf branches had little berries on them, too, which just made them all the cuter. See the berries?
Leaves
This is what I did with the twig wreath.
I took off the seed package stickers and hot glued the pretty Autumn leaves in their place. I didn’t even pull off the ivy.
This was one fast and easy project.

Then I decided to do a collage with Photoscape (a free program).

What would YOU do with fake Fall leaves?

  6. That's so pretty. I like to switch out my spring wreath to fall with leaves too. I also love to drape a garland of leaves over our hall tree by our front door.
