Our gazebo in the snow…
Our Cape Cod house…My granddaughter trying to make a snow fort.
The little greenhouse I made with old windows I found on the side of the road.
Mom’s house in the snow. I took this picture at dusk. It’s a little blue and purple!
These Mittens Were Made From Old Sweaters
Now for the mittens. I love these mittens. I bought them at a Christmas Fair in Pennsylvania. They were two elderly ladies that made these mittens from old sweaters. Don’t you just love that each mitten is different?? I love that.I love the white glove. My Mom wears sweaters that are pretty and embroidered like this glove. I like the way they used the part of the sweater with the buttons, too. Yummy!
The underside of the mittens is different from the top also.
Aren’t these gloves super? I really want to MAKE them, of course. :)
There are patterns for these on the internet, I’m sure. The inside is just fleece so it goes fast.
Did you like the mittens?
Best wishes,
