My daughter Laura’s, best beau, Justin, (only beau – I don’t want to get into trouble here) grilled some great center cut pork chops with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce.
Sweet Baby Rays - I love that stuff when I’m not making my own barbecue sauce HERE.
And the vegetable was garlic zucchini, cooked in foil so no dirty pans were involved with this meal. Nice. I like it when there are no dirty pans but a meal is made, don’t you? That was smart, Justin. Good job!!
The meal also boasted a Romaine lettuce salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
This was a class A grilled meal without a whole lot of preparation. I think it qualifies for the Mediterranean diet also.
Has anyone been grilling out there in blogland? Quintessential summer activity, is it not?
Love to all,

Thanks for stopping by our Tasty Tuesdays link party! I love the idea of cooking the zucchini in the foil pack. No mess to clean up! Definitely going to adopt that practice!!
