Glittery Roses Christmas Wreath

PINK and glittery Christmas Wreath, that is!

VERY pink and VERY glittery! With a flameless candle in the middle.

Here is the fabric I had fun picking out in Joann's. I was looking for something glittery and bright. I think I found it. :)

First I made all the roses...

I used the same method for making these fabric roses as the Rosy Pumpkin roses.

Here are the glittery pink ones...

I took this picture with my cell phone so it's not that great. However, I covered a styrofoam ring with the shiny fabric and hot glue. I cut strips about 6 inches wide and folded over the raw edges and went around and around the styrofoam until the entire wreath was covered.

I glued on some of the roses. But it looked too plain so I cut rectangles about 4 inches by 8 inches - more pointed on each end.. not a real rectangle. Like this:

Then I scrunched in the middle: (of course, the Olivio doesn't have to be in the picture. Duh.)

Fold it over and put a spot of hot glue in the center first.

Then I tucked these in between roses facing out and it filled in the wreath a little bit.

I also cut some of the solid pink (it's really not purple) into points and placed them all around the outside of the wreath also.

These filled in the outside of the wreath. Then I had to find something to fill in the inside of the wreath. It looked kinda lonely in the middle.

I found this candle and it has a little battery powered light in it that flickers. It's so nice!

Have a great week...
