I bought these cute little cookie cutters from Amazon but then I saw them at Michael's. Aren't they cute?






Here's what the angel bite looks like. CUTE.






I bought some chunk cheese, Pepper Jack and Cheddar. I cut slices about 1/4" thick and then pressed the tiny cookie cutters into the cheese like cutting out cookie dough. Then I put them on wooden skewers. Sprinking with red pepper helped to prettify them up even more...







I bought a bowl and some styrofoam and stuck the skewers into the styrofoam. Covering the styrofoam with lettuce completed the look, don't you think?











Hope you like the cheese bites. My daughter-in-law, Kim, helped me make these for Thanksgiving. It was a big hit!
